“Electrify Your Business: A Guide to Moving Forward with Electric Vehicles” is free and available online.

Local business leaders held a workshop at the Ferry Building on April 6 to talk about green-transportation issues. Sylvia Kwan, co-founder of the Kwan Henmi Architecture/Planning firm on Montgomery Street, was quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle’s City Insider blog as saying she would encourage her clients to include EV charging stations in their projects.

“San Francisco should be the first place to do it, as we have been doing in everything else green,” she said.

On its website, PG&E offers a rate calculator, an installation guide and FAQ for would-be electric vehicle owners.
