PG&E Corporation Reports Second-Quarter 2016 Financial Results

PG&E Corporation’s second-quarter 2016 net income after dividends on preferred stock was $206 million or $0.41 per share, as reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. This compares with $402 million, or $0.83 per share, for the same period in 2015.
