PowerPathway, PG&E’s program to develop the next-generation utility workforce, got kudos from Vice President Joe Biden. In a visit to PG&E’s Oakport facility in Oakland, Biden met with PowerPathway participants and shared thoughts on the program with PG&E CEO and Chairman Tony Earley, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf and Tom Dalzell, business manager of IBEW Local 1245.

PG&E, Golden State Warriors Celebrate Those Who Support Their Communities

PG&E and the Golden State Warriors Foundation honored Local Warriors before a basketball game this week. These Local Warriors were selected for their work supporting community organizatiions.

Local merchants, artists, city leaders and neighborhood supporters met to commemorate the Tenderloin’s newest public art installation on PG&E’s Larkin Substation. The mural panels, created by Academy of Art students, provide a colorful timeline of one of San Francisco’s oldest and most diverse neighborhoods.
