MORE THAN 10,000 PG&E CUSTOMERS SAVE MONEY, ENERGY FROM HOME UPGRADE PROGRAM

PG&E's Energy Upgrade California Home Upgrade program has now helped more than 10,000 customers across Northern and Central California save both money and energy. The program, which encourages homeowners to take a whole-house approach to energy efficiency, has provided customers with more than $27 million in incentives to help offset the cost of energy-saving upgrades. Additionally, the program has reduced carbon emissions the equivalent of taking 2,741 cars off the road.

PG&E and Save Our Shores recently teamed up to remove trash, litter and recyclables from Cowell Beach. More than two dozen PG&E employees from the Central Coast and the South Bay joined forces for the cleanup in what has become an annual tradition.
