PG&E'S FOOD SERVICE TECHNOLOGY CENTER HELPS RESTAURANTS SAVE ENERGY AND MONEY
In San Ramon, PG&E's Food Service Technology Center hosted a pizza party to showcase the food industry's newest pizza ovens. There were ovens that use gas, small ovens for individual-sized pies and a rotating electric deck oven made in Italy. As this video shows, the event was an opportunity to demonstrate to restaurant owners the many ways the center helps commercial kitchens save energy and money.
