VIDEO: Green Button Could Lead to Innovative, Energy-Saving Apps

Saving energy and money is now as easy for PG&E customers as pushing a button—a green button. That’s the premise behind a new technology announced this week during a Silicon Valley visit by White House Chief Technology Officer Aneesh Chopra.

The Green Button allows customers to download their energy-usage data, enabling them to becoming more energy efficient.
