PG&E Corporation CEO Geisha Williams today (Oct. 13) met with local community leaders in Rohnert Park (Sonoma County) at one of the company’s base camps. This site is one of four locations where the company is marshalling crews, restoration supplies, equipment and vehicles to respond to the electric and gas outages from wildfires fueled by intense winds.

Margaret Mooney was one of the first female meteorologists in the nation. She worked for PG&E nearly 30 years and was the inspiration for the company’s Margaret Mooney Award for Innovation. Mooney recently passed away.
